Sultan Alparslan Cultural Center hosts more than 400 events a year in various fields ranging from fashion to chess, debate to theater, travel to photography, and there are 150 student groups preparing these events. In addition, many international and national congresses, symposiums, conferences, panels, theaters and concerts are held at the Sultan Alparslan Cultural Center, hosted by our Rectorate and other academic units.
In Alaeddin Keykubad Campus, there is the 19 May Sports Hall, which can host various national and international organizations with a capacity of 3,500 spectators, as well as the 75th Year Sports Hall, with a capacity of 500 people, where competitions such as basketball, volleyball and handball can easily be held. In addition, our campus includes 1 Olympic stadium built on an area of 10 thousand 345 square meters with a capacity of 3 thousand 100 spectators, 2 astroturf pitches, 2 tennis courts and an Olympic indoor swimming pool with an indoor usage area of 10 thousand square meters.
Selcuk University Equestrian Facilities, established within the Selcuk University Alaeddin Keykubad campus area, include a 20x40 meter closed arena and an open arena, a closed horse shelter for 20 horses and social facilities. The facility, where horse-related treatment and rehabilitation studies can also be carried out, also provides restaurant services with breakfast and grill varieties.
Selcuk University Prof. Dr. Erol Güngör Library serves its students 24/7 with its reading rooms and rich archive that will be a resource for their studies.
